TikTok Shop updated SPS. Negative reviews now use the latest review within 15 days after delivery. Returns exclude only FBT logistics issues. Visibility boosts and the 4.5-point tier are gone. Appeals for dispatch and transit time open by October. Check your SPS dashboard and fix any new dings.

My honest take: The NRR change is seller-friendly because an early bad review can now be updated within 15 days. Removing visibility boosts makes a high score less rewarding from a marketing view. The NBFR change is stricter, so watch your packaging and carrier performance. Overall, SPS is pushing sellers toward better product-level truth.

Yes. Every tutorial, guide, news post and tool is free, with no signup. The AI generators have a small free allowance per visitor because each one costs real money to run.

Are there ads or sponsored posts?

No. There are no ads, no sponsored posts and no affiliate links. Nobody pays to be mentioned or ranked here, so a comparison only says what I think is true.
