TikTok Shop updated dietary supplement rules on October 2, 2026. High-dose servings over the NIH adult upper limit now face immediate enforcement. My honest take: This update closes gaps sellers used to rely on. Lowering the stated serving size to dodge the high-dose cap will not work. Sellers should treat label photos and claim reviews as a requirement, not a formality. If you sell supplements, check your catalog before enforcement finds it.
