A one-page weekly TikTok Shop report gives a brand three answers: what moved, what broke, and what gets fixed next. I build a report like this for every shop I run. This guide shows what goes on the page, where each number comes from in Seller Center, and how to keep it short enough that the brand actually reads it.

What should a one-page weekly TikTok Shop report include?

It includes three parts: what moved, what broke, and what gets fixed next.

  • What moved: GMV (gross merchandise value: the total value of orders before refunds), total orders, average order value (AOV), top three products by sales, and top three creators by sales.
  • What broke: account health violations, late dispatch orders, stock-outs, returns and refunds, and any listing that got taken down or restricted.
  • What gets fixed next: three items, in order of importance, each with a clear owner and a deadline.

Only include numbers that changed enough to matter. If a metric stayed flat, leave it out. The report is a decision tool, not a history lesson.

What are the TikTok Shop KPIs for a weekly report?

These are the metrics I check every week. Define each one in your report the first time you use it, so a new brand owner can follow along.

  • GMV is gross merchandise value: the total value of orders before refunds, shipping, and taxes. It shows how much product value moved through the shop. Read more in what is GMV on TikTok Shop.
  • Orders is the number of paid orders placed. It often matters more than GMV because a few large orders can hide a drop in buyer count.
  • AOV is average order value: total GMV divided by total orders. A rising AOV can mean buyers are spending more per order. See what is AOV on TikTok Shop.
  • Top products are the three products with the highest GMV. They show where your sales concentrate.
  • Top creators are the three creators with the highest GMV from their videos or livestreams. They show which partnerships are working.
  • Violations are account health issues that need action. They come before everything else because a suspended shop sells nothing.
  • Late dispatch rate is the share of orders shipped after the deadline. It affects your shop score and delivery badge.
  • Return and refund rate is the share of orders returned or refunded. High returns eat profit and signal product or listing problems.
  • Stock-outs are products that ran out of stock. Each day out of stock is a lost sale.

Where do I get each number for the report?

All of these numbers live inside Seller Center. Here is where I pull them from.

NumberWhere in Seller CenterWhy it matters
GMV and ordersAnalytics > Shop analyticsShows overall sales movement
Average order valueAnalytics > Shop analytics (divide GMV by orders)Shows if buyers are spending more or less
Top productsAnalytics > Product analyticsWhich products drive sales
Top creatorsAffiliate Center > Creator Assets > My Creators (or Manage creators)Which creators drive sales
ViolationsAccount health > Violation recordsRisk to shop health
Late dispatch rateOrders > Fulfillment PerformanceShipping speed affects score and badges
Returns and refundsAnalytics > Service analytics > Return and refundCostly leaks
Stock-outsProducts > Manage products or inventory exportLost sales

TikTok Shop updates its menus often. If a path moved, use the in-app search or check the navigation update guide. You can also walk through how to read your shop analytics each week and how to check your late dispatch rate.

How do I keep the report to one page?

Cut everything that does not change a decision. Use the three sections above. Use short bullet points, one or two numbers per line, and no long paragraphs. Compare each number to the prior week. Only include a number if it moved by enough to affect this week's priorities.

Do not include screenshots, long explanations, or every metric Seller Center offers. Two minutes is the reading time to aim for.

My honest take is that most shops already know what is broken. The report just makes it visible so the brand can act the same day instead of waiting for a monthly meeting. The hardest part is not pulling numbers, it is leaving numbers out.

A simple TikTok Shop weekly report template

Here is a template I use. Fill in the brackets and delete anything you do not need.

Shop: [shop name]
Week ending: [date]

What moved

  • GMV: [number] (up/down [X]% vs prior week)
  • Orders: [number]
  • AOV: [number]
  • Top product 1: [product name] - [GMV]
  • Top product 2: [product name] - [GMV]
  • Top creator 1: [creator name] - [GMV]
  • Top creator 2: [creator name] - [GMV]

What broke

  • [Violation or issue] - status: [open/fixed/appealed]
  • [Stock-out product] - days out of stock: [number]
  • [Late dispatch count] - orders late: [number]
  • [Return or refund spike] - amount: [number]

What to fix next

  1. [Action] - owner: [name] - deadline: [date]
  2. [Action] - owner: [name] - deadline: [date]
  3. [Action] - owner: [name] - deadline: [date]

How do I decide what gets fixed next?

Pick the three items that will most improve sales or protect account health. Use the numbers from your report.

  • If a violation is open, fix it first. A suspended shop sells nothing.
  • If a top product is out of stock, reorder it or find a substitute.
  • If a top creator is driving sales, send them more samples or a higher commission to keep them active.
  • If late dispatch is climbing, fix the packing or shipping process before it hurts your score.
  • If returns spiked on one product, review the listing and photos for mismatched expectations.

Order the three items by impact and by how fast you can finish them. If two items have similar impact, do the faster one first.

Common mistakes when building a weekly report

  • Too many numbers. A report with 20 metrics is a spreadsheet, not a decision tool. Stick to the three sections and the few numbers that changed.
  • No comparison. A single number without a prior-week benchmark tells you nothing. Always show the change.
  • No owners or deadlines. "Fix returns" is not an action. "Review return reasons and update listing photos, owner Sarah, deadline Friday" is an action.
  • Skipping account health. Sales numbers look good, but a hidden violation can shut the shop down. Always put account health first.
  • Writing in paragraphs. Bullet points and tables are faster to read. A founder should be able to scan the page in two minutes.

Can I automate this report?

Yes. Pull the numbers into a spreadsheet each week, or use the free weekly report builder to fill in the numbers and copy a one-page report. For gathering the numbers consistently, the free weekly TikTok Shop checklist walks through the same steps in order. If you want to connect Seller Center data to a dashboard, read how to connect TikTok Shop GMV to Power BI.

If you have a question about your own weekly report, ask me in the chat on this site. Tell me your shop's situation, what you sell, and which part of the report you struggle with. It is free and I usually answer the same day.

الأسئلة الشائعة

What should a TikTok Shop weekly report include?
A one-page weekly report should show three things: what moved (sales, orders, top products and creators), what broke (violations, stock-outs, late shipments, returns), and what gets fixed next (three items in order of importance). Include the current week's numbers and compare them to the previous week.
Where do I get the numbers for a TikTok Shop weekly report?
Get GMV and orders from Seller Center's Analytics, Shop analytics. Get top products and creators from Product analytics and Affiliate Center. Get violations and account health from Account health. Get late dispatch and fulfillment issues from Orders, Fulfillment Performance. For stock-outs, check your inventory or use the reorder point calculator.
How do I keep a TikTok Shop report to one page?
Limit the report to the three main sections: what moved, what broke, what to fix next. Use short bullet points, one or two numbers per line, and no long paragraphs. Put the most important items first and leave out everything that does not change a decision.
What are the key TikTok Shop KPIs to track weekly?
Track GMV (gross merchandise value), total orders, average order value (AOV), top three products by sales, top three creators by sales, violations, late dispatch rate, return rate, and stock-outs. Compare each to the previous week to spot changes.
Can I automate a TikTok Shop weekly report?
Yes. You can pull the numbers from Seller Center into a spreadsheet each week, or use a tool like the free weekly report builder on this site to fill in the numbers and copy a one-page report. Some teams also connect Seller Center data to dashboards like Power BI.
How long should a TikTok Shop weekly report take to read?
A brand owner should be able to read it in two minutes and act on it the same day. If it takes longer, cut it back to the three main sections and remove anything that does not change a decision.

Proof of results

Yes, these are real. 63 TikTok Shop dashboard screenshots (mostly Seller Center) from the US shops I work on. Counted from the shops' own order exports, those shops made $1.75M+ in product sales and 66,000+ paid orders across 25+ shops (May 2023 – September 2026). Direct answers

What is orliejohn.com?
orliejohn.com is a free TikTok Shop learning hub for sellers. It has animated Seller Center tutorials, daily TikTok Shop news in plain English, how-to guides, honest X vs Y comparisons, e-commerce basics, strategy, and free calculators and checklists. I am Orlie John Deferia and I write it.
Is it free?
Yes. Every tutorial, guide, news post and tool is free, with no signup. The AI generators have a small free allowance per visitor because each one costs real money to run.
Are there ads or sponsored posts?
No. There are no ads, no sponsored posts and no affiliate links. Nobody pays to be mentioned or ranked here, so a comparison only says what I think is true. The one thing I promote is Creatorly, a Chrome extension I built myself. It is always labeled as mine and never appears inside a guide or comparison.
How do you make sure the information is true?
Fees, rates and rules change often, so I do not guess them: I link TikTok Shop's own Seller University page instead. News posts are checked against the TikTok source they link, and every number in them has to appear in that source. Any other number is counted from real order files or marked as an example. Every page shows its date, and when something is wrong I fix it and update the date.
Who writes it?
I do: Orlie John Deferia, a TikTok Shop operator and app developer in Cebu, Philippines. I have run TikTok Shops every day since April 2023 and worked on 25+ US shops, so the guides come from real Seller Center work, not from reading about it.
Is this site from TikTok?
No. It is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of TikTok. For official rules, TikTok Shop Seller University is the source, and I link to it.
How often is it updated?
News is checked every day against TikTok Shop Seller University. A new guide goes up most days. Tutorials are updated when TikTok moves a menu in Seller Center.
Can I ask my own question?
Yes. Use the chat on any page. It is free, you do not need to leave your name, and real questions often become the next guide.
