Del 21 de sep al 14 de oct, TikTok Shop muestra un nuevo puntaje de tienda solo como vista previa. No cambia ningún beneficio. Revisa tu Seller Center para ver la vista previa y mira los puntajes por producto y la cobertura de envío gratis.

Qué cambió

El nuevo puntaje de tienda está en prueba del 21 de sep al 14 de oct de 2026. El lanzamiento oficial es el 15 de oct de 2026.
Durante la prueba, el nuevo puntaje solo muestra una vista previa. No afecta los beneficios actuales de los vendedores.
La satisfacción con el producto ahora califica cada producto en lugar de toda la tienda. El puntaje de la tienda sale del puntaje de cada producto ponderado por su proporción de pedidos.
Logística y cumplimiento ahora incluye un bono por cobertura de envío gratis. Los vendedores reciben 0.5 puntos extra si la cobertura alcanza un umbral.
El tiempo de despacho y el tiempo de tránsito son métricas nuevas. La tasa de cancelación por culpa del vendedor se mantiene igual.

Mi opinión sincera: esta vista previa da a los vendedores una ventana clara antes del 15 de octubre. El puntaje por producto protege a los productos de poco volumen con un piso de 3.5. El bono por envío gratis es fácil de revisar. Yo miraría las reseñas y las devoluciones de los productos de inmediato.
