TikTok Shop now requires valid brand authorization for certain branded products sold in LIVE auctions. Submit a Letter of Authorization or trademark ownership documents in Seller Center before promoting these products. Without it, TikTok may reject or restrict the product, or interrupt your LIVE.

My honest take: This is a real enforcement risk for sellers who auction branded goods in LIVE. The qualification process is not instant, so do not wait until a live session. Check your documents now, because incomplete or expired documents will be rejected. If you buy from a distributor, you need the extra proof that distributor can authorize you.
