TikTok Shop NBFR Lookback Window Now 90 Days

NBFR now reviews 90 days of orders, up from 60. TikTok Shipping and Collection by TikTok orders are excluded if dispatched on time. Check your Seller Center NBFR rate.

What changed

• TikTok extended the review window for the non-buyer return and refund rate from 60 days to 90 days.
• The metric counts delivered orders in the last 90 days that had returns or refunds due to seller or logistics carrier fault.
• Orders shipped with TikTok Shipping or Collection by TikTok are left out if they were sent on schedule.
• The old exception that only applied to 'package not received' cases for TikTok Shipping orders is gone.

Who it affects

All US sellers, because NBFR is part of the Shop Performance Score. Sellers who use TikTok Shipping or Collection by TikTok providers may see their rate change due to the new on-time dispatch exclusion.

What I would do this week

• Open Seller Center and look at your NBFR on the Shop Performance Score page.
• Review the return and refund reasons for your orders in the last 90 days, not 60.
• If you use TikTok Shipping or Collection by TikTok, verify your dispatch times are on time to keep the exclusion.
• Update any internal reports or dashboards to track NBFR over 90 days.

My honest take: A 90 day window makes the metric slower to change but more stable. Sellers with old, problematic orders will carry them for longer. The new on-time dispatch rule is simpler and fairer for TikTok Shipping users, because it no longer depends on the reason the buyer gives.
