How to check how your promotions perform on TikTok Shop

To check how your promotions perform on TikTok Shop, open Seller Center, click Analytics, then Marketing analytics, then the Promotion tools tab. Pick All tools, or one tool such as Flash sale, Coupon or Product discount. Read the headline cards, then look at the Trend chart under them.

Most screens are real Seller Center pages from shops I work on. I blurred the shop name, numbers, people and products. The forms I could not save are drawn to match. The video, the click-through and the 3D walk-through all use the same screens. Names, prices and rates I typed in are examples. Menus move now and then: if yours looks different, and I will update it.

01In the left menu, click Analytics.
02Under Analytics, click Marketing analytics.
03Open the Promotion tools tab. The other tabs are Off-site performance, Campaigns, Customers and Rankings.
04All tools adds every promotion together. Start here to see the whole picture.
05Click Flash sale to see only your flash sales.
06Click Coupon to see only your coupons.
07Click Product discount for discounts. Shipping fee discount and Product subscription sit next to it.
08The Trend chart shows how the card you picked moved over the dates. Pick a different card to change it.

My tips

Look at one tool at a time before you decide a promotion worked or not.
Use the date range to cover the days the promotion ran, not a random window.
Compare two similar promotions side by side, like two coupon levels.
Write down which tool you will repeat, and which you will stop.

How do you make sure the information is true?

Fees, rates and rules change often, so I do not guess them: I link TikTok Shop's own Seller University page instead. News posts are checked against the TikTok source they link, and every number in them has to appear in that source. Any other number is counted from real order files or marked as an example. Every page shows its date, and when something is wrong I fix it and update the date.
