My honest take on FBT vs self fulfillment
My honest take is that FBT is the better default for a seller who wants to stop doing daily packing, and self fulfillment is better for a seller who already runs a warehouse or needs custom packaging. I run TikTok Shops every day, and the daily packing queue is often the first thing that eats the morning. FBT takes that off the table for eligible products, at a cost.
