How to set up shipping on TikTok Shop

To set up shipping on TikTok Shop, open Seller Center, go to Logistics, then Warehouse & shipping, and add your pickup address (tick the box to use it as your return address). If you ship with your own carrier, open the Shipping tab on the same page, create a template, pick the warehouse and set your rates.

02Click Warehouse & shipping. Since September 2026, warehouses, fulfillment and shipping live on this one page.
03On the Warehouses tab, click Add warehouse.

My tips

Tick the return address box only if returns really can go there.
If you ship with your own carrier, link the template to the warehouse. Without it, orders may fall back to TikTok Shipping.
Label rules for outside carriers change. Check the current rule in Seller Center before you buy labels elsewhere.
