01In the Seller Center menu, click Logistics. It opens the Overview page.
02At the top is the 3-day delivery banner. Click View details to see Improvement Opportunities for your shop.
03Option one is Improve fulfillment speed. It points at the routes where faster shipping would earn the badge on more products.
04Option two is to expand Fulfilled by TikTok coverage. The page shows the potential gain for each option.
05Logistics performance is below. It shows your shipping rates and growth numbers in one place.
06Use the tabs to split the numbers by All, Fulfilled by TikTok, Shipped via platform or Shipped by seller.
07Late dispatch rate is in the Compliance row. Keep it low, since the badge depends on fast and steady delivery.

My tips

The badge is not given to the whole shop. It shows only on products and routes with steady 3-day delivery history.
TikTok Shop may remove the badge when delivery slips, and add it back after performance improves.
Keep warehouse addresses accurate, because badge eligibility is estimated from them.
Missing the 3-day promise carries no extra penalty, but the normal fulfillment policy still applies.
