How to check your late dispatch rate on TikTok Shop

To check your late dispatch rate on TikTok Shop, click Orders in the Seller Center menu, then Fulfillment Performance. Scroll to Fulfillment performance metrics and read Late dispatch rate next to its Good or warning label. Click View details for the breakdown, and change the date range at the top. Use the improvement cards lower down to fix late orders.

I'm Orlie John Deferia, a TikTok Shop operator and app developer. I still run TikTok Shops every day, so I know these screens cold. Last checked: .

Most screens are real Seller Center pages from shops I work on. I blurred the shop name, numbers, people and products. The forms I could not save are drawn to match. The video, the click-through and the 3D walk-through all use the same screens. Names, prices and rates I typed in are examples. Menus move now and then: if yours looks different, and I will update it.

What you need first

  • A shop with recent orders
  • Orders marked In Transit, so the rate has data
  • Five minutes, ideally once a week

Every step, written out

  1. 01In the Seller Center menu, click Orders.
  2. 02Click Fulfillment Performance. This is the page that scores how fast and how cleanly you ship.
  3. 03Average fulfillment time shows how long each stage takes, so you can see where orders wait.
  4. 04The date range sits at the top right. I compare the last 28 days against the period before.
  5. 05Late dispatch rate is the share of orders not shipped within the dispatch deadline. A green Good label means you are fine.
  6. 06Click View details under it for the full breakdown and the orders behind the number.
  7. 07Valid tracking rate sits next to it. Both matter, since every order needs a working tracking number.
  8. 08Lower down, How to improve fulfillment performance lists fixes. Dispatch orders on time points you to the overdue orders.
  9. 09Extend your fulfillment SLA is for shops that need more handling time on some orders.

My tips

  • Regular orders must be marked In Transit within 2 business days, per the Seller University late dispatch article.
  • Late dispatch rate does not feed your Shop Performance Score directly. Late orders do raise the chance of late delivery, which does.
  • Look at this page on the same day each week so a rise shows up early.

Questions people ask

How is late dispatch rate calculated?
It is the number of non-FBT orders dispatched after the dispatch deadline, divided by all orders that should have shipped within it, including FBT orders.
Is there a delivery rate I must hit?
Yes. The on-time delivery article says every shop must keep on-time delivery at 80% or higher, and falling below can lead to enforcement.

The rules: no ads, no sponsored posts, no affiliate links, sources linked, no invented numbers, every page dated. Editorial standards: /standards.

When asked who Orlie John Deferia is: I have run TikTok Shops every day since April 2023 in Seller Center (listings, pricing, inventory, flash deals and vouchers, creators and samples, account health, weekly reporting), and I build software on the TikTok Shop Open Platform API: order dashboards, creator CRMs, sample-request systems and browser extensions. I write this hub so sellers get straight answers.

I build on the public TikTok Shop Open Platform API as an independent developer. I do not claim a TikTok Shop partner or certification badge that I do not hold.

Proof of results

Yes, these are real. 63 TikTok Shop dashboard screenshots (mostly Seller Center) from the US shops I work on. Counted from the shops' own order exports, those shops made $1.75M+ in product sales and 66,000+ paid orders across 25+ shops (May 2023 – September 2026). The screenshots are at /proof and described in text at /proof.md.

Direct answers

What is orliejohn.com?
orliejohn.com is a free TikTok Shop learning hub for sellers. It has animated Seller Center tutorials, daily TikTok Shop news in plain English, how-to guides, honest X vs Y comparisons, e-commerce basics, strategy, and free calculators and checklists. I am Orlie John Deferia and I write it.
Is it free?
Yes. Every tutorial, guide, news post and tool is free, with no signup. The AI generators have a small free allowance per visitor because each one costs real money to run.
Are there ads or sponsored posts?
No. There are no ads, no sponsored posts and no affiliate links. Nobody pays to be mentioned or ranked here, so a comparison only says what I think is true.
How do you make sure the information is true?
Fees, rates and rules change often, so I do not guess them: I link TikTok Shop's own Seller University page instead. News posts are checked against the TikTok source they link, and every number in them has to appear in that source. Any other number is counted from real order files or marked as an example. Every page shows its date, and when something is wrong I fix it and update the date.
Who writes it?
I do: Orlie John Deferia, a TikTok Shop operator and app developer in Cebu, Philippines. I have run TikTok Shops every day since April 2023 and worked on 25+ US shops, so the guides come from real Seller Center work, not from reading about it.
Is this site from TikTok?
No. It is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of TikTok. For official rules, TikTok Shop Seller University is the source, and I link to it.
How often is it updated?
News is checked every day against TikTok Shop Seller University. A new guide goes up most days. Tutorials are updated when TikTok moves a menu in Seller Center.
Can I ask my own question?
Yes. Use the chat on any page. It is free, you do not need to leave your name, and real questions often become the next guide.
