How to check your Shop Performance Score and diagnose a metric

To check your Shop Performance Score on TikTok Shop, click Account health in the Seller Center menu, then Shop Performance Score. Read the three score areas under Improve these metrics to elevate your score. Click Analyze performance on the weak one. The Metric diagnosis tool opens with tabs for Product satisfaction, Logistics and fulfillment and Customer service.

Most screens are real Seller Center pages from shops I work on. I blurred the shop name, numbers, people and products. The forms I could not save are drawn to match. The video, the click-through and the 3D walk-through all use the same screens. Names, prices and rates I typed in are examples. Menus move now and then: if yours looks different, and I will update it.

01In the Seller Center menu, click Account health. Its sub-menu opens.
02Click Shop Performance Score. Shops with higher scores get more traffic and benefits.
03Your score sits at the top of the Overview. Click View last 30 days trending to see which way it is moving.
04A banner may say your score is changing. Preview shows the new version before it takes effect.
05View all benefits lists what each score level unlocks, like ads and campaign access.
06Lower down, the score splits into Product satisfaction, Logistics and fulfillment and Customer service. Each card shows its metrics and a rating.
07Click Analyze performance on the card with the weakest rating. That opens the Metric diagnosis tool.
08Use the tabs to move between the three areas. Each metric shows how it is calculated and where you sit against the standard.
09Scroll down on any tab for guidance and the orders or chats behind the metric. Fix those first.

My tips

Start with the card that has the lowest rating, not the one you like best.
A new version of the score runs as a preview from 21 September 2026 and launches on 15 October 2026, per Seller University. Preview scores do not change your benefits.
Check the page weekly. One bad week of late orders shows up here before it shows up in sales.
