01In the Seller Center menu, click Account health. The Account health rating page opens.
02The Overview shows your status, such as Healthy, and your rating on the bar. Enforcement actions work from this rating.
03Action needed lists tasks like quizzes. Passing them can raise your rating.
04Click the Warning records tab. Warnings are messages TikTok Shop sends you about issues with your shop.
05Click Unread warnings in Quick filter to see the ones you have not opened.
06Looking for a specific one? Type its record ID into the search box.Example: Record ID
07Each row shows the Warning reason, its date and its Warning status. Read the reason first.
08Click View details on a row to read the full warning and what the platform asks you to do.
