How to find and manage your TikTok Shop promotions

To manage promotions on TikTok Shop, click Shop in Seller Center, then Promotions, and open the Manage promotions tab. Use the status tabs (All statuses, Ongoing, Upcoming, Deactivated, Ended), the All promotional tools filter and the name search to find one. Check its GMV and dates, and click Duplicate to start a new one from it.

01In the left menu, click Shop.
02Under Shop, click Promotions. Promotions moved here from Marketing in the new menu.
03Open the Manage promotions tab. Overview and Price watch sit next to it.
04Click Ongoing to see what is live now. All statuses shows everything.
05Click Upcoming to check that your next sale is set to start on the right day.
06Open All promotional tools to look at one type, such as discounts or free shipping.
07Type part of a promotion name to jump straight to it.Example: Autumn sale
08Found a promotion that worked? Click Duplicate to start a new one from it.

My tips

Check Upcoming every Monday. A sale set for the wrong date costs more than any discount.
Use Ended to compare GMV between past promotions before you plan the next one.
Some Duplicate buttons are grey. That promotion cannot be copied right now.
